We were tasked with managing this iconic brand’s social content strategy across Canada, and developing a distinctly Canadian voice. By working closely with local franchisees, we were able to verify all social media channels and improve customer service response times by 48%.

We improved the overall tone of conversation and decreased negative sentiment by over 51%. We also spearheaded a localized content program, created community management guidelines, a surprise and delight initiative, and the region’s first customer service protocol.
