We were tasked with increasing engagement on Tic Tac Canada's Facebook page. We established new social media moderation and community management practices, and used two-way humour to engage Tic Tac fans.

Doing so promoted increased engagement, brand awareness and an active online community. As a result, the brand saw a 425% increase in social engagement on their Facebook page within a six month period.
