FAQs

What should I do if myself, or my company, was negatively featured in the press?

We understand how emotional it is to read negative or untrue things about yourself in the news. Although it is natural to want to defend yourself, and tempting to respond to these allegations, most times an emotionally-driven response only creates more damage. Contact us and we can assist you through the process of repairing your reputation, and ensuring both your personal and business objectives are met.

What are my legal options when facing criticism online?

We are not qualified to provide legal counsel, however we would be happy to refer you to a specialized lawyer in your area if you would like to pursue legal options.

What should I do if I have been threatened with having negative information published about me?

Do not engage with the individual or organization in question. Contact us ASAP and ensure all communications are documented.

What is your fee structure?

We bill on a project by project basis, with a minimum retainer of $3,500 CAD required. We accept a variety of payment methods including cheques, wire transfers, Interac email money transfers, all major credit cards and PayPal. Learn more about our transparent pricing here.

Where are you located?

Do you accept pro bono clients?
